Alumnus, count me in.
Seneca, what this site ought to be is a vehicle for the basketball program to monitor what's on the minds of their students, fans and paying customers. I'm convinced that this site has served this purpose in the past, like when reserved seating privileges were going to be removed from endzone seating only to be reinstated. Or when unused tickets were organized by GWIslander and donated to charitable groups. And yes, it's also a site where individuals may vent, sometimes out of frustration and sometimes just to be entertaining.
Had people done things your way by approaching KH, JK, Dom, Dr. Chernak, etc. and indicating how dissatisfied they've been with the schedule the past 5 years or so, do you really believe that we would have seen a more competitive schedule in any of these years? Do you really believe that making our feelings known in person would have made any difference? I'd have to say you're very naive if you really believe this.
It would be insane for the basketball program to ignore this site. Then again, I recall JK once mentioning that he didn't know how to work a computer. So I suppose anything's possible.
