I hardly recognized Michael Cooper without his socks pulled up really high and on the receiving end of a Magic alley oop.  He sure looks a lot different in his picture than he did on TV.

"What has GWU got? There’s some talent. Danilo Pinnock is a decent scoring guard, and I am a fan of Mensah-Bonsu on the interior. I can’t leave out Regis Koundjia whose authoritative dunks scare the $&*! out of opposing white players. But other than that they really don’t have much. Maybe they can continue to bring in marginal students and people that John Calipari would shudder to be caught in a room with, but eventually their success will die off."

So is this guy a racist tool or just a tool?

Sweet find freethrow.  I would lay into this kid but from the looks of it it looks like he's had a hard enough life already.  If you click here you will find out that Michael is an undergraduate intern in the "Lifestyles" section of the Appalachian Online.  His bio says he "is a sophomore journalism major, with a minor in political science, from North Wilkesboro, N.C. In high school, he was a sports writer for the Wilkes Central yearbook. He joined The Appalachian  staff in spring 2005. Cooper is also a sports intern writer/weekly columnist for the Watauga Democrat. In his free time, he likes watch sports and to go to concerts and festivals. In the future, Cooper plans to get a job with a newspaper, magazine or television station after graduation."  Too bad our half a dozen clicks just doubled this kids readership.

DB, wonder what kind of festivals he's into.  I'm thinking there are probably gnomes and maybe some livestock involved.  On second thought, I'd rather not think about it.
