The tuition at GW is incredibly high.  

Why is GW not paying the going price for an assistant coach?

Is the athletic department pleading poverty?  If GW is a player pay the going wage!

This is why  GW is a mid major and cheap.

Give me a break. Georgetown is a higher profile and better jumping off point than GW with more financial resources available for its national power men's basketball team. If a GU comes calling, little GW do to stave off their lure. The new "Big East" versus the depleted A-10? Let's stop the GW bashing already. It was an opportunity that was too good to pass up and too unrealistic to match. Time to move on in our own sphere and stop making stretch comparisons.

Neil...tell us again what is the going price for an assistant coach?  And while you are at it, tell us again the value of the NBE TV contract in comparison to the Atlantic 10 TV contract.  Do you think that just maybe that has a little something to do with how much is at the disposal of the respective athletic departments?
