At the GWAA Yankee Stadium event, Coach Lonergan said that GW had been talking with Virginia Tech for a home and home but they refuse to play at Smith Center because it is too small. 

I hope there is a Smith Center Phase 4 in the near future - expanding the seating capacity!

At the very least, Phase 4 should involve a mural collage of pictures that from a distance shows the GW community giving Seth Greenberg the finger.
